Providing Account Access to Fidu Support

In some cases, Fidu's support team may require additional information and context to solve your support request and will request that you provide Fidu access to your account.

Doing so will allow members of Fidu's support team to access your Fidu account.

Important: Unless you have explicitly enabled this option, your account will NOT be accessible by Fidu's support team.

What is accessible to Fidu Support:

  • Productize

  • Systematize

  • Optimize

  • Account Settings

What is not accessible to Fidu Support:

  • Dashboard

  • Clients

  • Tasks

  • Messages

  • Active Projects

Enabling Support Access

To enable support access, navigate to your user account inside of Account Settings.

  1. Click on Account Settings in the left navigation

  2. Click on the Users tab

  3. Click on details across from your name

  4. Scroll down and under Support Access, choose "Allow support login"

  5. Click Save

Disabling Support Access

Simply uncheck the above checkbox and save. Fidu's team will no longer be able to access your account.
