Easily integrate Clio Payments into your Fidu services to streamline your client's payment experience.
Navigate to Your Service:
Go to the "Systematized" section of your dashboard.
Select the specific service you want to integrate payments with.
Enable Payment Option:
Within the service's "Client Journey" settings, toggle on the "Payment Option."
Link Your Clio Payment Account:
Click on "Set Up and Customize."
If you haven't already, connect your Clio Payment account to Fidu. This will redirect you to your Clio account to complete the link.
Customize the Loading Screen:
Personalize the loading screen message to provide a seamless transition for your clients as they move from Fidu to the Clio Payment screen.
Once set up, your clients will be able to:
Enter their basic information (name, email, state, etc.)
Proceed to the Clio Payment screen
Securely input their billing information and complete the payment
