Bringing clients from Clio into Fidu is quick and easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process

1. Navigate to the Clients Section:

  • Head to your Clients section in Fidu, and select New Client.

2. Select "Import from Clio":

  • Scroll down to the Import from Clio option.

  • Choose the contact you wish to import

3. Automatic Data Sync:

  • Fidu will automatically sync all the information you have for this client in Clio, thanks to the seamless integration. This includes key details like name and email, which are required to set up the client.

4. Finalize Client Details:

  • You can complete additional details now or later.

  • Important: Make sure to review and add the first user and signatory for the client, as well as assign appropriate roles.

5. Save

  • Once you’ve reviewed all the details, click on Save to finish the import. Your client will now be synced and visible within Fidu!

Additional Note

If a client originally joined Fidu via an engagement link, you can still link them to their Clio profile:

  1. Go to Settings in the Client Profile inside Fidu.

  2. Choose the option to Associate with Clio Contact.

And Fidu will automatically sync all associated data from Clio for that client.

And that’s it! Your Fidu account is now updated with your Clio contacts, making it easier than ever to manage all your client information in one place.
