Fidu's workflows are an easy way to automate and streamline your onboarding process.
Navigate to "Systematize" and create a new Workflow.
Give your workflow a name and description. There are fields for internal and external/client facing use. You can also update this information once the workflow has been created.
Click 'Add New Task' and give it a title. Select 'Fidu Task' and click Save. Since this will be all 'Fidu Tasks', the client will not see the name of this section.
Click 'Add New Automation' and choose an option from the drop down menu. You can use this to automate actions like sending welcome messages, enabling project access, or sharing relevant articles. Click Save.
Continue adding Automations for each of the Fidu Tasks that will be a part of this Onboarding Workflow. Aim for 1-5 automations.
You can activate a workflow in one of two ways:
You can associate it with a specific client by going to their dashboard and adding it via the “Workflows” tab
Alternatively, you can link it to a Service. To do this:
Go to the Systematize menu, then select the Service you want to add the Workflow to.
Navigate to the Process tab.
Toggle 'Run Post-Engagement Workflow' to on.
Click 'Choose Workflow' and select the workflow you just created.
Click Save
By tying a workflow to a Service, the automated tasks will be run for every client who joins your portal via this Service.
This ensures that each client gets access to the same experience and resources, each time, completely automated.
