Projects are the best way to manage tasks and move work forward in an efficient way between clients and your team.

You’ll find projects in the 'Systematize' menu. To create a new project, click on 'New Project'.

Fill in the fields for Internal Name and Description and External Name and Description. External is visible to the client. You also have the option to add a deadline to the overall project.

Then create your first milestone. A milestone is a significant point or event in the project that marks the completion of a major phase or deliverable. Think of it as a checkpoint to measure progress.

Underneath your milestones, you will add a new or existing workflow. Workflows are a series of tasks that need to be completed to reach that milestone.

Add specific tasks related to the milestone within the workflow.

When setting up your tasks, it's important to note that any milestone or tasks marked as 'Displayed to Clients' will be visible on the client view.

We have three types of tasks:

  1. Fidu Tasks: These are automated tasks that the system takes care of for you.

  2. Client Tasks: These tasks are visible to the client and something for them to complete.

  3. Team Tasks: These tasks will show up on your team's task list for completion and are not visible to the client.

Need to make changes? No problem! You can edit your project information at any time by clicking 'Edit' at the top right.

Projects can be started in a few different ways:

  1. Navigate to the specific client from the “Clients” menu. Select “Projects” and then “New Project”. Click on the Project you want to start for the client.

  2. Automatically via an onboarding workflow connected to a Service

  3. By the client via the Dashboard
