Want to turn your knowledge into a self-guided course your clients can walk through? You can do that right inside Fidu by using a Project to structure your course. Each milestone becomes a module, and each task can include a video, form, or file—giving clients a clear, easy-to-follow experience.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Create a Course Project Template

  • Go to SystematizeNew Project Template

  • Name your template (e.g., "Client Education Course")

  • Skip default milestones if you're building your own custom structure

💡 Pro tip: Add a compelling pitch and create a landing page to present your course offering.

Step 2: Structure Your Course with Modules

Each milestone = one module of your course. For each milestone:

  • Name it (e.g., “Module 1: Legal Basics”)

  • Add a description your client will see

  • Repeat for additional modules (Module 2, Module 3, etc.)

Step 3: Add Tasks to Each Module

Use Workflow Infinite to add tasks inside each module. These can include:

  • Watch the video

  • Download the workbook

  • Fill out a form

  • Complete a quiz or intake

Customize names and descriptions so they’re clear and helpful for your clients.

Step 4: Embed Videos

To bring your video content into Fidu:

  • Go to ProductizeNew Embed

  • Name your video (e.g., “Course Video 1”)

  • Use the embed code from your video hosting platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)

  • Save the embed

Repeat this for each course video you want to include.

Step 5: Upload Supporting Downloads (optional)

Need your clients to download workbooks or resources?

  • Go to ProductizeNew Download

  • Name your file (e.g., “Workbook Module 1”)

  • Upload the file and save it

Step 6: Connect Everything

Now tie it all together inside your project:

  • For each task like “Watch the video”, set the automation action to View Embed and choose the correct video

  • For Download Workbook, set the automation action to Download File and select the right document

Repeat for each module and task to complete your course build.

Step 7: Deliver the Course to Clients

Once your course is ready:

  • Connect it to a Service or run it manually for a client

  • Clients will see the project just like any other—they’ll watch videos, download materials, and complete tasks

  • Everything is trackable and streamlined

You’ve now got a powerful, automated way to deliver courses through Fidu—without needing a separate course platform. 🎉

Bonus Tip: Want to charge for the course? Add pricing and payment info to your service setup and automate the whole thing from sign-up to completion.
