The Client Journey Builder is a tool inside Fidu’s Service Builder that allows you and your team to map out every step of your client’s experience with your firm—from engagement to disengagement. It makes managing client workflows simple and adaptable to your specific processes, ensuring you never miss a beat.
You can access it by navigating to the Systematize section from your Fidu dashboard. From there, click on Services to view all your current services. Select the service you want to manage (like a Subscription Service), and then click on Client Journey to start setting up each phase.
Engagement: This is where the client’s journey begins. Whether they sign up through your website or another channel, the engagement process sets the tone for your relationship. You can customize this stage by enabling or disabling specific steps to match your firm’s engagement process.
Onboarding: Once a client is engaged, it’s time to kick off the onboarding process. You can create an onboarding workflow to welcome them and share what happens next. Think of it as a roadmap that guides your client through the start of your relationship without missing a beat.
Active Client Experience: During this phase, you control how your client interacts with your firm. You can list any active projects, urgent action items, or even upsell opportunities—like additional services or high-demand projects your clients might benefit from.
Offboarding: The offboarding process ensures a smooth transition when it’s time for your client to wrap up your service. This process allows you to close the relationship, ensuring the client leaves with all the value they need and clear next steps, with no loose ends.
Disengagement: This is the internal phase your team handles when a client concludes their journey with your firm. The disengagement process covers everything from tying up internal tasks to formally closing out the client’s file.
