Our client portal is designed to streamline your experience, offering a clear and intuitive pathway to managing your projects and communications.
Logging In
Starting from the login page, you'll see your firm's logo. Use the email and password details you created during your initial signup to log in.
Client Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you'll land on the client dashboard page. Here, you can view your current projects and available projects. If you want to add an additional project with the firm, simply click on "View Project." This will display all project milestones and specific tasks you need to complete to move the project forward. This feature makes it clear to see where things stand and what steps are next. You can mark tasks as completed, which notifies your team, ensuring clear communication and project management on both sides.
Firm Overview Page
From the firm overview page, you can access important information about the firm, including links to book calls. Your firm may include various resources, articles, or booking links.
Messages Tab
The Messages tab is a standout feature within the Fidu platform, streamlining communication between you and your firm. You can view all messages sent back and forth securely, outside of email. This feature makes it easy to find and continue conversations. Messages allow formatting and file uploads, letting you clearly see the status of communications and project progress. You can also snooze an email for later today, tomorrow, the coming Monday, one week later, one month later, or archive it. Regardless of your choice, messages remain accessible in inbox, snoozed, or archived.
Notifications and Access
As a client, you'll receive email notifications alerting you to new messages in your Fidu platform. Click the link in the email, log in, and navigate to the Messages tab to view the new message and its contents.
