The Fidu client dashboard is designed to streamline project management and communication between clients and their firms. This guide walks through the main features and functions, though individual dashboards may vary slightly based on the firm’s branding and custom setup.
Upon logging in, users are directed to the client dashboard with the email and password created during initial signup. Here, they can view current projects and any available projects that can be added.
For each project, users can click "view project" to see a list of milestones and tasks that need to be completed to keep the project moving forward. They can mark tasks as completed, which notifies the firm and keeps both parties updated on progress.
On the firm overview page, users will find relevant information about the firm, including links to book meetings or access any resources the firm has provided. Clicking on specific buttons allows users to bring up calendars, articles, or other resources related to their projects or firm interactions.
One of the most valuable features of the platform is the messages tab. This feature allows for secure, organized communication between the client and the firm. All messages are stored within the system, ensuring easy access to past conversations without needing to search through emails.
Users can upload files, format messages, and even snooze emails for later action, whether it's later in the day, tomorrow, or a week or month later. Additionally, they will receive email notifications when a new message is waiting on the Fidu platform.
To log out or change the password, users simply hover over the icon in the upper right corner and select the appropriate option.
