Customizing your branding gives a cohesive look across your entire Fidu platform.

To start, navigate to the menu and click on 'Account Settings.'

From Account Settings, you can customize the look and feel of the following items in your Fidu portal:

  • Firm Name: Change the firm name as needed. Note: this will not change the domain associated with your account.

  • Firm Logo: Upload a logo that's larger than 500 pixels wide for the best quality. You can then choose the display size, ranging from extra small to double XL, providing flexibility in how your logo appears across your client portal.

  • Branding Colors: Customize the branding colors, which will appear across your account as buttons and notifications.

  • Login Branding Photo: This photo will appear on the login page, ensuring a consistent look for clients from the moment they log in.

You also have complete control over the navigation inside your client portal. To update your navigation, click on the 'Navigation' section in your account settings.

From here you can:

  • See the list of pages currently visible to clients

  • Rearrange the order of pages by dragging and dropping in your preferred order

  • Remove pages

  • Add pages from the Productize Resource library

  • Add external links

Remember to click 'Save' once you're done. Note that any changes made to Navigation from Account Settings will be reflected across ALL client accounts.

Additional menu options available in account settings include:

  • Users: Define and invite the team users for your account.

  • Team Roles: Define roles for team members and control permissions and access

  • Status: Customize project statuses and stages

  • Client Dashboard: Modify the layout and naming of the Client Dashboard

  • Onboarding: Adjust the Welcome Message and if clients see an additional Terms of Service when entering the platform for the first time

  • Terminology: Rename any of the features throughout your platform to better fit your branding and needs

  • Billing: Update billing status, payment card and more
