To use it:
Set up a form or document and navigate to "AI Issue Spotter" from the menu.

Setting up your issue template involves three steps:
Describe the issue: This description is for internal use only and helps your team understand the potential risk.
Best Practice/Standard Language - this is for internal use only to give your team an idea of the goal with this issue template.
Build your prompt: Craft your prompt sentence starting with "This is risky if...". Ensure that the potential responses are binary (yes or no), and refer to the specific question names from your form. If using a number as a reference, use words such as "greater than" or "less than".
Communicate the results: Write a description to communicate to the client about why the issue is present. For example, "The role described does not fit the purpose of this document" or "Based on the investment amount and the valuation cap, the outcome would be outside of market norms" or "The parent plan doesn't provide you with an equal share of the weekends"
Write a recommendation to the client of what their next steps are. For example: "Contact us for an agreement better suited for this role." or "Raise the valuation cap or lower the investment amount." or "Review the weekends listed."
