When creating your form or document, you have the ability to add a variety of questions and formats, to allow the best fit for your needs.

Conditional Logic allows you to present a follow-up question to the client only if they choose a specific response to a preceding question.

To incorporate a conditional question in your Fidu questionnaire, you'll need to first create a form and select the 'radio' as the question type.

Hit save. Then, you can add a conditional question underneath one of the radio button options.

For example, you can ask if the individual filling out the form is an authorized signatory - and if they answer no, you can then ask for the contact information of who is. As it is conditional, these additional questions will only be shown if they answer no.

If the questionnaire is being used alongside a document, you can use conditional logic to conditionally show or hide paragraphs or text depending on how the question is answered.
