Fidu offers a variety of question types to help you gather the exact information you need from your clients.

Here’s a breakdown of each:

  • Single-Line Text: Perfect for quick, concise answers like names, addresses, or short phrases.

  • Multi-Line Text: Ideal for more detailed responses where your clients need to elaborate on their thoughts or concerns.

  • Date, Number, Email, and Country: Use these options for specific data points like dates, phone numbers, email addresses, or geographic locations.

  • Radio Button: Present multiple-choice options where clients can select only one answer. You can also add conditional logic to tailor conditional questions based on their choice.

  • Checkbox: Allow clients to select multiple options from a list of choices. Allows for conditional logic and conditional questions.

  • File Upload: Enable clients to attach a single file to their form submission.

By effectively combining these question types, you can create forms that are both informative and user-friendly.
