Fidu's message templates allow you to create pre-written messages for all of your frequent client communication. This saves time and ensures consistent messaging for every client, every single time.

Here's how to create a Message Template:

  1. Go to your Fidu "Productize Library" and click "New."

  2. Choose "Message Template."

  3. Give your template a clear title (this will not be seen by the client)

  4. Optionally, add a detailed description.

  5. Write your message.

  6. Use formatting options (bold, line breaks) and insert links for a professional look.

Use the "Insert Data" option to automatically populate client information (name, email) into the message.

Once your template is saved, it becomes readily reusable across your entire portal, whether that's via 'Messages' or a Workflow.

To send a Message Template:

  1. Go to your Fidu message inbox.

  2. When composing a new message or replying to an existing one, select "Use Template."

  3. Choose the relevant template you created (You can still edit the pre-written content before sending).
