Note: The Resources section in the Fidu platform was previously named Productize.

Resources in Fidu are reusable, client-facing building blocks used across Services, Projects, and Pages. They are created once in the Resources section and designed to streamline the delivery of consistent, repeatable content and interactions.

Resources include:

  • Message Templates - Create templates for common messages and responses

  • Meeting Links - Standardize how clients book meetings and ensure proper boundaries

  • Forms - Streamline how you gather information from clients

  • Document Templates - Create self-serve agreements with e-signature and review processes

  • Upload Folders - Share and accept files from clients for simple, secure storage

  • Articles - Reusable written content to share with clients

  • Downloads - Share files for clients to download

  • FAQs - Reusable Q&A content to share with clients

  • Embeds - Embed videos, screencasts, diagrams, or any supported third party tool

  • Workflows - Create automations and assign tasks to clients or your team

  • Links - Link to third-party resources or tools

Resources are used to:

  • Standardize client communication (e.g., Message Templates)

  • Share access links (e.g., Meeting Links)

  • Enable document exchange (e.g., Upload Folders)

  • Deliver educational or instructional content (e.g., Articles, FAQs, Video Embeds)

  • Provide downloadable materials or reference tools (e.g., Forms, PDFs)

  • Gather information (e.g., Forms)

  • Provide templated document automations (e.g., Document Templates)

Resources can be delivered through:

  • Projects

  • Pages

  • Services (e.g., via Onboarding Workflows, Offboarding Workflows, through a Dashboard content section)

Resources are always client-facing and should be written or configured with the client experience in mind. They are essential to scaling delivery without duplicating effort and help ensure consistency across services.
